Women safety being a global concern, SAFE has been designed and developed to empower women to deal with all kinds of unsafe situations at all times. It also engages young boys and men to play an active role in this.

Parents
To sensitize parents on the magnitude of the problem and help develop awareness on how to deal with adolescent issues, importance of regular communication with children, and to facilitate children to take right decisions.

Teachers /Staff /Management
Educate teachers/staff and management on their role and responsibility to ensure safety of girl students /working women, and compliance of the mandatory provisions of the 'Sexual Harassment Act'. Train Teachers/Management as SAFE Coaches through 'Continuous Engagement Program' (CEP) for sustainability of the program.
